The Commander feature is simply built for growing businesses, with its flexible cloud-based property system. With the Commander feature, it aims to simplify hotel operations whilst helping you make the most of every opportunity to boost revenue. All elements of the Commander consist of the Reservation Center, Group Management, Email Marketing, Automated Payments, Front Office Operations, Profile Management, and User Privileges. Mews has an all-in-one inclusive product containing a booking engine, payment gateway, a check-in, a housekeeping app, and a virtual concierge.

The Distributor feature is to help drive bookings safely and quickly and essentially make your property instantly bookable via your website. Mews booking engine system is fairly quick, easy and seamless. Their booking engine can be used as a widget embedded into your hotel’s website, or as a standalone version hosted by Mews. Their booking system offers guests live availability and rates, upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services, mobile optimization, PCI compliant payment capturing, and multi-property overview. You are also able to personalize the booking process by allowing your guests to choose from more than 20 languages and currencies, driving guest satisfaction by encouraging repeat business and nurturing guest relationships, and increasing revenue and boosting guest loyalty by upselling.

The Navigator is an all-in-one virtual concierge web app where it puts your guests in control of their experience from the moment they book. Guests can check-in themselves using the Navigator which is more quick and effective. The Navigator also provides real-time messaging feature which acts as a direct line of communication between your guests and your reception desk. Guests can expect smoother check-ins with Apple Wallet so no need for scrolling through emails. GDPR is also in place, so guests are in control of their data and the Navigator allows guests to see what information is shared and where.

The Operator is a product that acts as a self-service reception desk. This feature is to enable a seamless check-in experience and was designed to shorten waiting times and increase guest satisfaction. You are able to make smart savings as well as a powerful check-in tool, and provides you with data to help you reassess your property’s salary costs, restructure your workforce, and gain a better understanding of how you could improve financial savings. All in all, the Operator supports bookings from all sources, free and easy to set-up, customizable branding settings, supports all major key cutters, upselling features available to utilize and set up passport scanner when checking guests’ ID before check-ins.

In regards to payments, Mews Merchant feature gives the flexibility to accept guest payments quickly, easily and securely. There are no hidden fees, no merchant accounts required, and on extra stress. The Merchant is less transactional and more guest-focused, as Mews believes less procedures allows more times for human interactions, which is why this is automated. Faster payments every time is ensured, with a real-time overview of your payment activities and inventory updates. Tokenization is in place as Mews take PCI DSS compliance seriously, and ensure that guests’ and staff data remains safe and secure by using credit card tokenization – no raw data sits within the property management system and prevents fraud.

Mews have available three different pricing plans. For hotels, hostels and apartments, there are basic, professional or enterprise packages for each. You have the option to either pay annually or pay monthly.
